Let’s face it, the tile you choose for your bathroom remodeling project is going to make your entire statement.  If it’s plain and glossy – your Contemporary.  Colorful and patterns, you’re Mediterranean.  Sleek and dark, you’re Metropolitan.  No matter what you choose, make yourself happy.  Bathroom remodeling is something you typically do only every 15-20 years, if your still in the same house.  My best piece of advice, stay with the architecture of the house.  Dont get too crazy.  That’s how we wound up with all those Bermuda pink bathrooms from the 1950″s.

Tile selections are enormous.  Pleeeaaassseee go to a real tile showroom.  You will regret it if you don’t.  They have far superior selections for the same prices that your “Big Box” stores do but also can provide you with much more information and assistance.   Your best bet is to have your Designer give you three selections, or tell the tile showroom manager your budget and have them steer you in the right direction.  Tile can be anywhere from $1 per square foot to $200 per square foot. That does not even include the installation.

Whether you choose classical marble tiles or popular glass tiles, they will be around for quite a while, make sure you talk to the Professionals.
